What files do I need to provide for mixing?To get started with mixing your song, we require the following: A high-quality WAV audio file of your beat Your dry vocal stems in WAV format (no effects or processing) An unmixed demo version (mp3) of the track you want us to mix & master A reference track (mp3) that shows the type of sound you're aiming for Make sure your files are named accordingly so we can easily tell which is which.

How do I get started?Just send us your track and project details, and we'll get back to you with a custom price tailored to your needs.

Can you fix improperly recorded, low quality vocals?Unfortunately, it is technically impossible to fix improperly recorded vocals. We do mixing, not fixing. For the best results, ensure your vocals are properly recorded before sending them in for mixing. Send your dry vocal to [email] to receive FREE feedback on your vocal delivery and recording techniques. This will help you improve the quality of your recordings before mixing.

How do I send my files to you?You can send your files through e-mail using WeTransfer, DropBox or Google Drive. You can include any specific instructions or references in the e-mail to help us understand your vision.

What is the process for mixing and mastering with Sound Syndicate?We start by reviewing your previous tracks, your unmixed demos and any reference tracks you send us so we can understand your vision. Then, we start our process of fine-tuning your vocals, beats, and overall sound to ensure it’s polished and ready for release. We will mix your track according to industry standards, ensuring that every element of your track sounds polished. Once the mix is complete, we’ll master the finished song according to the industry standard LUFS levels of -14 to -10 for optimal digital streaming quality. Upon completion you'll receive your V1 Master through e-mail, where you can let us know if you have any edits, feedback or questions.

How long does it take to complete my mix and master?Turnaround times vary depending on the amount of vocal layers, recording quality and the complexity of the track, but generally, we aim to deliver within 5 business days. We also offer priority services for faster results if needed.

Do you offer package deals for multiple tracks or albums?Yes! We offer custom package deals for multiple tracks, EPs, albums, and more. For more information, please send an email to [email] or DM us directly on Instagram at @SoundSyndicate. Besides custom package deals, we offer a FREE mix & master on every 5th track you complete with us.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?Yes, we offer various incentives like a 20% off welcome bonus for new clients and $50 credit for successful referrals. On top of that; every 5th track you complete with us is FREE of charge.

Can I request specific changes to my mix during the process?Absolutely! We encourage open communication. If you need something adjusted during the process, just let us know, and we'll make the necessary revisions.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the final mix?If you’re not satisfied with the final master, you still have 2 free revisions to make sure we get it just right. We have rarely experienced tracks going beyond 1 revision. Further revisions cost $30 each.

How many revisions can I request for my track?You’ll receive 2 free revisions per track to ensure that your track is fully tailored to your liking. In most cases, tracks don't go beyond 1 revision and 2 revisions are all that's needed. If additional revisions are required, they will cost $30 each.

Do you offer refunds?Due to the nature of our services, all payments are final. We do not offer refunds once work has started, but if there are any issues with your track, we offer revisions to ensure your satisfaction.
