5.1 All content, including but not limited to audio files, templates, guides, and branding materials, is the intellectual property of Sound Syndicate. Unauthorized distribution, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Artists retain full rights to their original music and lyrics. However, by submitting files for mixing/mastering, you grant us permission to use your project for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6.2 We do not guarantee success, revenue, or career advancement from using our tools, guides, or services.
